The Engineer III - Test Environment Management is the lead position assisting the Manager, Technical Test Data & Environment in directing, controlling, and managing the enterprise-level test environments. It consists of using procedures, tools, and resources to manage multiple components like software, hardware, databases, test data, and applications. This position works in collaboration with the infrastructure team and TDM Engineers to ensure Test Environments are ready with necessary test data for Test execution and Delivery teams. Train and Guide TEM- Engineer Is/IIs as needed.

Education & Experience
- A minimum of eight (8) years of Information systems and Quality Engineering experiences. Minimum five (5) years of experience working in Test Environment/Test Data Management
- Experience working with various Product Vendors. Demonstrated ability in Design and developing test environment strategies and plans
- Demonstrated track record of organizing and tracking the progress of multiple projects across the software development lifecycle
- Have experience communicating with management on topics including project timelines, contingency plans, environment budgets, and resource allocation
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management or similar technical field from an accredited institution required
Key Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of:
- Quality assurance processes and procedures to devise methods to enforce quality standards
- The work effort involved to setup and configuring operating systems, networks, databases, and application servers involved in the creation of end-to-end testing environments
- Test Environment Management and Test Data Management tools
- Test Automation and CI/CD experience
- Agile environment and DevOps
- Technical work required to stand-up test environments, and ready to delegate this work to associated release engineering groups
- Strong planning, organization, critical thinking, decision-making and communication (verbal and written) skills
- Budget management skills. Proven skills in budget preparation fiscal management
- Group presentation, leadership, team building, analytical and organizational skills
- Robust analytical skills for both existing processes and identifying areas of opportunity
- Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, team and time management skills
- Good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Ability to train and guide TEM Engineer Is and IIs
- Proven coaching/mentoring skills
- Proven ability to:

Pay Range
- $118,601.60 USD Annually - $157,144.00 USD Annually
